Role Overview Supporting the event operations team, this role involves delivering a diverse portfolio of events including conferences, training, virtual sessions, roundtables, awards, and third-party events. The focus is on collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, marketing, sales, and customer success to plan, execute, and manage events from inception to completion, ensuring an engaging customer experience throughout. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute events Manage budgets, supplier setup, invoices, and JV payments Utilize event technologies like Stova, Wrike, Cvent, Big Marker, Slido, and GRIP Coordinate logistics including venue, AV, branding, catering, and sponsorships Engage external stakeholders such as suppliers, sponsors, speakers, and attendees Support onsite event management Ensure a positive customer journey before, during, and after events Qualifications & Skills Proactive and results-oriented with strong multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders Commercial awareness including cost management and risk mitigation Creative, curious, and adaptable, open to process improvements Collaborative team player comfortable in dynamic environments Interest in learning and developing skills, especially in event technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
