Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company insurance products, terms, and conditions. Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
