Part-Time Ticket Agent – Greyhound/FlixBus Miami

Miami, FL | $16 per Hour | Approximately 20–25 Hours per Week

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our small Greyhound/FlixBus customer service team in Miami, near Miami International Airport.

This is a straightforward, easy-to-learn position with a welcoming team, a generally relaxed work pace, and downtime between busy periods. No transportation experience is necessary, and we'll provide all the training you need.

What Does the Job Involve?

Nothing overly complicated! Your main responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and helping them purchase bus tickets.
• Answering basic questions about bus schedules and travel.
• Processing cash and credit card payments.
• Assisting passengers with seat selections and additional luggage purchases.
• Performing occasional light facility upkeep, including restroom cleaning, emptying trash bins, and keeping the passenger area tidy.

Who Would Be a Good Fit?

We're looking for someone who:

• Speaks both English and Spanish (required).
• Is friendly, patient, honest, and dependable.
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with people.
• Has basic computer skills or is willing to learn.
• Is comfortable with occasional cleaning and general upkeep.
• Can reliably commute to our location near Miami International Airport.
• Is available approximately 20–25 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
