Role Description The PPC Advertising Expert is a part-time, hybrid role based in Vista, CA. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and social media ad networks. Daily tasks include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, performance monitoring, and conversion rate optimization. The PPC Advertising Expert will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, product launches, and promotional strategies. The role also involves generating performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring campaigns support overall business and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, perform data analysis, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and create compelling ad messaging.
• Marketing skills with experience in PPC strategy, digital advertising, and aligning campaigns with broader brand and promotional objectives.
• Sales-oriented mindset to understand customer journeys, support lead generation, and contribute to revenue growth through targeted campaigns.
• Proficiency with PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic spreadsheet/reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Vista, CA, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and prioritize tasks in a part-time schedule.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or sustainability-focused brands is beneficial.
• Relevant education or certifications in marketing, advertising, business, or related fields are preferred.
