To support a transformative AI-native search initiative, the full-time Senior PPC Specialist will manage North American Non-Brand and Shopping accounts, focusing on automation and performance optimization while working remotely from Czechia, Poland, or Spain. Key responsibilities Own and optimize accounts by structuring bidding logic, budgets, and feeds to enhance performance with minimal manual intervention Develop automation tools using Google Ads Scripts, the Ads API, and Python to streamline processes and replace manual tasks Evaluate and implement AI-driven search solutions, contributing to the team's strategy on agentic buying and performance metrics Required qualifications Extensive experience with Google Ads across various campaign types, including Performance Max Proven track record managing substantial budgets, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace environment Hands-on experience with Google Ads Scripts or Ads API, with proficiency in Python being a strong advantage Demonstrated passion for AI transformation and its application in marketing strategies Ability to connect advertising spend to business outcomes and effectively communicate these insights to finance teams
