Full-Time | In-Office

Kelli Swart State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Manager.

This position centers on delivering excellent service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping policyholders feel supported throughout every stage of their experience with our agency. The right person will be organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of service needs while helping ensure customer accounts remain accurate and up to date.

There may be opportunities to identify additional coverage needs during service conversations, but the primary focus of this role is customer care, retention, and relationship management.

We believe in treating every customer like family—offering honest guidance, meaningful protection, and exceptional care that extends far beyond the sale.

Our success is built on integrity, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to serving our community.

Licensing Requirement

Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required prior to your start date.

  • We'll provide coaching, study resources, and guidance to help you become fully licensed before joining our team.
Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general account needs
  • Provide professional support during claims-related conversations
  • Review customer accounts for accuracy and help address changing insurance needs
  • Follow up with customers to help maintain strong relationships and retention
  • Document customer interactions and account activity accurately
  • Coordinate with other team members to keep service requests moving efficiently
  • Help resolve customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Identify potential coverage needs when appropriate and connect customers with the right next step
  • Support customer outreach and agency service initiatives

A Strong Fit for This Role

  • Customer service and relationship-building are natural strengths
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging customer conversations
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous insurance, account management, or customer service experience preferred
  • State Farm agency experience is a plus
  • Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required prior to start date

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive compensation
  • Licensing coaching and support for candidates completing requirements
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • A collaborative, customer-focused team environment
  • Opportunities to strengthen your insurance knowledge and grow within the agency
  • The chance to build lasting relationships and make a meaningful impact in the local community

Build a Career Around Great Customer Care

If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and being a trusted resource for customers, we encourage you to apply to join the Kelli Swart State Farm Agency.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diverse perspectives.
